I moved into a house recently where the previous residents had a cat and they had not cleaned the cat litter box in over 3 years. The smell was horrendous and it permeated the carpets. Mohamed from Royal Interior came in to provide me with a quote. He was completely honest with me and said that he felt that the smell upstairs could be removed by 90% and the smell downstairs could be removed by 50%. He cleaned the carpets and the smell was much better. A week later he called to see how the smell was and I told him it was better but not completely gone. He came back in at no charge and sprayed my entire home. The service I received was outstanding. How many service providers care enough to make a follow-up call and offer to come back in at no charge. Royal Interior Cleaning is the only carpet company I will use and I will certainly recommend them! Thank you so much.

Best carpet cleaning ever! I was told the carpet would be about 50% better than it was and it was 100% better. Obviously there are areas on carpet that are walked on more than others but you can barely see that anymore. I am truly amazed!

It all starts with a humble wish of small area carpet cleaning in front of our sauna room.
Royal Interior Carpet Cleaning sent someone rapidly and do the job efficiently, however the person,Mohammed ,did the job, warned,these spots has been there so long,that may not be able to come off quickly…
Later I remembered he mentioned their company do the silhouette cleaning too, I need that service for my old silhouettes which I had never cleaned for 20 years, so I asked if they can do the silhouette cleaning , after seeing the old stains,he promised he will do his best, that’s what he said.
Today, he brought in 3 almost brand new silhouettes and installed them proudly . The price is reasonable too. I will give more referrals when my friends need them.
Its been the 3rd year that we are asking this company to clean our office and I think these guys really deserve to have a first class review from us. We had office upholstered furniture,couple of area rugs and carpet to be cleaned and this company really knows what they are doing. The company did an amazing job of picking up multiple Persian and other carpets immediately after a flood. They did an amazing job cleaning them, stored them for us at no charge for two months, delivered them back when we moved back. We were so pleased, we had another large rug not affected by damage cleaned by them, and they also cleaned our couches stained by water damage. Amazing cleaning; great service; excellent communication! Would very highly recommend!!
My light coloured, bamboo silk rug needed a good cleaning. I was nervous about who to call, and based on reviews I read, I decided to call Royal Interior Carpet and immediately felt comfortable. I was treated professionally and had my questions answered in a friendly and patient way. An appointment was set up immediately and when the rug was being picked up, the potential challenges in getting the rug clean – it’s used in a high-traffic area – were explained to me and I was told I’d receive a call within 7 to 10 days to set up delivery of cleaned rug. As promised, on day 7, I received a call and was able to set up a delivery time that worked for me. The rug came back and it looks as though it has been restored to it’s original state. I’m so very happy with the service provided in such a professional and timely manner. I will definitely use the services again, and will be happy to recommend Royal Interior Carpet & Rug Cleaning whenever the opportunity arises.
