You’ve made an important decision for your home. You’re going to hire a carpet cleaning company. You just don’t know where to start or what company to hire.
Here are three tips that should be of help as you narrow your choices down and, ultimately, make the best decision for your home, family, and budget. Tip #1: Do your homework.
There are numerous carpet cleaning companies operating throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Doing a simple search will return a list of possibly dozens of companies and individuals.
Do some homework. Find companies that have been around for a while. Put them at the top of your list. The longer a company has been around, the more likely they’ve been doing things right from the start. You don’t survive long in any business between customers poorly or ripping them off.

More and more carpet cleaning companies offer online booking and reservation systems. That may seem convenient at first, but it’s best for you to speak to somebody on the phone.
How are you treated? Do they treat you respectfully? Are they willing to answer your questions, no matter how mundane or insignificant they might sound to them?

Many smaller, newer carpet cleaning companies use rented equipment. That is, until they are able to purchase their own carry in equipment.
